About

Seth Weitberg is a writer-producer, originally from Boston, who now lives in Brooklyn. His persuasion marketing work, including with FrameShift Politics, has produced hundreds of digital ads to drive voter behavior and move public sentiment, as well as develop messaging for the progressive movement. Partners include Voting Rights Lab, ASO Communications, Way to Win, Gutsy, Courage California, Invest in U.S., and many more.

Seth's work for television includes creating the late night series Game Theory with Bomani Jones on HBO, and he was a senior writer for Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj on Netflix, which won both Emmy and Peabody Awards. Before that he was the co-executive producer for the first three seasons of Comedy Central's Drunk History, for which he received two Emmy nominations. He was co-executive producer for This Week at the Comedy Cellar and a staff writer for The Opposition with Jordan Klepper, both on Comedy Central, and the co-executive producer for The 5th Quarter (Go90) and Barely Famous starring Erin and Sara Foster (VH1).

Seth's writing has been published by The New Yorker, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, Esquire, Chicago Magazine, and for a number of years as the lead humor writer for The Chicago Tribune. His crossword puzzles have been published by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The LA Times. He is a proud alumnus of The Second City Touring Company and a devoted NBA and cheeseburger consumer.

Working along with Merman and Montefiore Einstein, Seth developed and co-wrote "The Balance with Dr. Ozuah" a public health series that merged cutting edge research with field pieces and interviews, hosted by the hospital system's CEO. The show has racked up over 25 million views on YouTube and earned syndication on the YES Network.

As the Director of Corporate Training and Live Events for the iO Theater in Chicago, Seth created customized live comedy shows, events, and training curricula for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies.
